Sophie offers private one-on-one mindful eating coaching online for individuals seeking a calmer, more balanced relationship with food.

Her work is grounded in a clear, supportive framework that explores awareness around eating, patterns and behaviours, and the wider context of daily life — including stress, emotions, and self-care. The approach is practical, compassionate, and designed to support meaningful change without rigidity.

Coaching is offered as a minimum 4 week commitment and includes weekly sessions within a structured program.

Sophie is a meditation and mindfulness teacher and mindful eating practitioner with a strong background in cooking, recipe development, and meal preparation.

She is available for:
